who decided?

Sorry, the photos in this post have nothing to do with what I'm about to write. Shot them after the jazz club thingy. Just thought I needed some "happy happy friends friends photos" to show people I'm not emo. HAHA!

Anyway, I've been wondering for a long time. Who was the one who decided that every person must be educated to succeed? What if I really don't like the system of "studying"? I'm not saying I'm lazy, but who said we're all gonna be interested in this?

Okay, I find myself more interested in designing and photog, to be honest. Heck, I prefer doodling with HTML rather than knowing how biribulin gives us Jaundice.

I mean, I see myself as a vet in the future, but I just don't have the interest to "get there" anymore. Am I not in the right course? I mean, sometimes (or most of the time, rather) when I look at portfolios made by design students, I KNOW that I can produce something way better.

But still, who decided that we all need to study to "survive" anyway?

I'm really confused with how this world works. But it's not like universities and schools are just gonna disappear over night. So I guess I just have to suck it in. I'm really asking God for help, as I find no reason to dive my puny cranium into piles and piles of books each day.

Science is safe. Science is safe. I'll get a job. I'll live a good life.

Yeap, it's just a phase. What do you think?
